Use of the service
You may browse, plan trips, download GPX files and submit corrections or new suggestions, provided that your use is lawful and does not harm the service or other users.
You must not scrape the site in abusive ways, attack infrastructure, bypass access controls, impersonate staff or upload unlawful, infringing or dangerous content.
Routes, locations and GPX files
Route pages, location pages and GPX files are planning tools. They may reflect editorial summaries, user submissions, public references or partially verified field data.
You remain responsible for checking access rules, closures, road condition, weather, vehicle suitability, permits, safety equipment and emergency preparedness before travel.
Sparse geometry, old track lines or incomplete waypoint data should be treated as a warning sign rather than a guarantee.
User submissions and moderation
If you send a route, location, correction, media file or practical note to VanLife.uz, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
We may edit, summarize, reject, delay, remove or moderate submissions in order to protect quality, safety, legality, originality and operational stability.
Third-party services
VanLife.uz may link to or embed third-party products such as Telegram, YouTube, Google Maps, Yandex Maps, Organic Maps or external calculators on SpecCalc Hub.
Those third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy notices and availability. VanLife.uz is not responsible for their uptime, policy changes or account restrictions.
Commercial and legal guardrails
Sponsored, affiliate or promotional content, if introduced, must comply with applicable disclosure rules including FTC expectations where relevant.
Use of the service may also be shaped by local law in Uzbekistan, user-location rules such as GDPR or CCPA where applicable, and platform-specific restrictions.
Availability and updates
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to improve quality, but we do not promise that every route, coordinate, amenity or external link is complete, current or safe in every moment.
We may update, suspend or remove parts of the service, content or workflows when operational, legal or editorial reasons require it.
