How to use GPX in Uzbekistan

Before departure
Download GPX while you still have stable connectivity and keep a second offline copy on the device you will actually use in the car or on foot.
Check the route page, season note, road condition, water availability and turnaround logic before you trust the file.
On device
Import the file into an offline map app before you leave coverage and confirm that the line, waypoints and coordinate format render correctly.
Keep a paper note, screenshot or backup coordinate set for the key parking, water and exit points.
In the field
If barriers, police controls, soft shoulders, washed sections or private access signs disagree with the GPX, trust reality first.
Sparse geometry is a warning. Slow down, shorten the segment or stop the plan if the line quality does not match terrain complexity.
Planning tools
VanLife Trip Planner
VanLife.uz keeps routes and places focused. Fuel, water, power and budget math open in the localized VanLife Trip Planner on SpecCalc Hub so planning stays in a dedicated workspace.
